We offer refunds for subscriptions cancelled within 30 days of the charge date. Here's what you need to know:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the billing date.
- Only the most recent billing period is eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are processed back to your mobile phone bill within 5–10 business days.
- To request a refund, email us with your name, mobile number, and the date of the charge.
